Mr. Russell provides legal services across a broad range of business transactions.  A 1974 graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Russell has serviced small to very large businesses, including both public and private corporations, with their corporate, securities, commercial, and real estate law needs.

 Mr. Russell firmly believes that business lawyers must be deal makers, rather than deal breakers.  Among other things, the business lawyer should (i) enable the client to make well-informed business decisions; and (ii) find creative solutions that are designed to lessen risk or eliminate impediments to the successful completion of any transaction.

 Mr. Russell's practice areas include corporate matters, acquisitions and mergers, securities law, commercial law, finance law, and real estate law.
